3. Project construction

3.1 geographical location and plane layout

Shandong Longfei additives Co., Ltd. is located in the west of 200 meters north of the intersection of zhuojiang road and North Ring Road in Donga County Economic Development Zone, Shandong Province. The central coordinates of the project plant area are 116.286 longitude and 36.376 latitude. The south side of the project is Sifeng chemical fertilizer company, and other directions are open spaces. The distribution of environmental sensitive points around the project is shown in table 3-1, the geographical location of the project is shown in Figure 3-1, the plant plan is shown in Figure 3-2, and the distribution of environmental sensitive points around the project is shown in Figure 3-3.

3.2 construction content

Shandong Longfei additives Co., Ltd., established on September 14, 2013, is a company specializing in the R &amp; D, production and sales of cement grinding aids, retarders and concrete admixtures. The project is located in the west of the 200m North Road at the intersection of zhuojiang road and Beihuan road in Donga County Economic Development Zone, Shandong Province. The workshop and office of Donga County Hongsheng Power Equipment Co., Ltd. are rented for production, including 2 production workshops, with a construction area of 10190.4m2 and 1 office, with a construction area of 1000m2. A total of 29 sets of mixing tanks, powder comprehensive production lines and other equipment are purchased for phase I project. The investment of phase I project is 20 million yuan, and the production scale is 20000 tons of liquid grinding aid and 150000 tons of powder grinding aid.

The labor quota of phase I project is 40 people, and the working system is a single shift system, with 8 hours per shift and an annual working time of 300 days and 2400 hours.

The project consists of main works, auxiliary works, public works, environmental protection works and storage works. The main construction contents of the project are shown in table 3-2, the main production equipment of the project are shown in table 3-3, and the main products of the project are shown in table 3-4.
